A teacher by trade and an athlete for life, I have always had the drive to be active. Now a mother to two young boys, I am constantly on the move.
Every day I live the hustle of managing a family, a business, and life in between. I know that you can’t wait around for your workout clothes to keep up with you. You need them to drive you, inspire you, and push you to do your best, be your best, and most of all, just Get. It. Done.
After having shipped many cross-border activewear brands to myself, I realized that Canada needed to have the opportunity to easily access these great brands.
Bound & Dash is born out of my passion to find the best quality activewear for your busy life and make them accessible for you.
