Lucky that where she lives offers lots of funding for entrepreneurs. There are grants, loans and programs dedicated to helping small businesses in the community, and she's taken advantage of that. She says where she lives is the epitome of small town life.
A self proclaimed perfectionist, and takes a long time to make the "right" choice
is someone who has participated and planned various auctions and fundraisers within her community and others that are a short plane ride away. There's just something about these events that have so much heart in them, that allows them to raise totals upwards of $14,000 and $24,000.
She has overcome a very toxic relationship to a narcissist, and has flourished in the months following that departure.

I decided to invest in the equipment and supplies to be able to sew and make these things myself.
I am a single parent and being able to have this little business helps bring extra income into our home and has been so fulfilling mentally, emotionally and in other ways that I cannot find the words to describe. I love being able to put smiles on people’s faces through the work that I do.
Creating and connecting to other people is a big part of who I am and I will never let anyone ever make me believe otherwise again. I am thankful for what I've learned and am so excited to be able to share it with you!
